Never had software/hardware issues on either systems and however it worked for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit and after I installed a clean install of Windows 8 when I try to run the Windows Experience Index and runs for 5-10 minutes and then it can't go pastĪnd complete the following assessment: "Running the Direct3D 10 Texture Load Assessment" and when I try to cancel the test I see and get the following message: "The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed. I have a Dell Studio Hybrid 140G and Sony Vaio VGN-NR180E both running a new and clean install of the evaluation version of WindowsĨ Enterprise 64-Bit on the Dell Studio Hybrid 140G and Windows 8 Enterprise 32-Bit on the Sony VAIO VGN-NR180E and whats strange is after I did a clean install on Windows 8 the Windows Experience Index assessment wont complete and both systems
